There will be a rally at the MN State Capitol building, followed by a march to the Xcel Energy Center (future location of the RNC), which will return to the State Capitol. With 5 years of war and occupation in Iraq, it is very important for the anti-war movement to have a major national protest outside the Republican National Convention in St. Paul when it is held this September.
