Fort Collins Celebrates Iraq Anniversary with Broken Recruitment Windows
Fort Collins, Colorado celebrates the anniversary of the invasion of Iraq by breaking windows at a military recruitment center.
Happy Anniversary! Last night People Against War broke three windows at a military recruitment center in Fort Collins, Colorado. We threw the stones in commemoration of 6 years of murder in Iraq. We wanted to celebrate with a bang! With a smash and a crash!
Yup, we know this is a little action. Breaking a few windows is small resistance to the machinery of the state that's destroying millions of lives. But an anniversary's an anniversary and we wanted to celebrate!
Military recruitment gets a big grin out of people losing jobs, cause there's ever more despair to feed off of. Even a few broken windows diverts time and money that would go to recruitment.
Grab a rock and join in celebrating the anniversary!!

Bravo!!!
There are no small acts! I say good work
you sat good work? yeah.
you sat good work?
yeah. good job forcing your tax dollars into fixing glass windows. I can guarantee this doesn't slow down recruiting at all. Recruiters today don't even need to coerce people to join now. All of the private sector companies are going down, and the military is a viable option to some now. I say, bad job. Thanks for making my tax money go into windows instead of training, or ammo, or armor for deploying troops.
You sir have been sold a bill of good
This post serves as an excellent example of a man who does not question much, he may well have never questioned why companies are going down. He has not asked why we have a huge deficit, or why republicans since 1980 haver been the ones who gave it to us.
He seems to feel tax dollars are better spent on the military then on people and the social safety net. Despite the fact that Economist have shown conclusively that the return to the economy is far greater when money is spent on social programs as apposed to the military.
My advice is read and check your sources especially the sources of the conservative propaganda that he take as truth. Authority is not always truth but truth is always the final authority.
hah
i would much rather my tax money going to fix broken windows than to buy armor and ammo to further intensify a murderous situation.
"build a bonfire build a bonfire throw the soldiers on the top, toss the fascists in the middle and we'll burn the fuckin' lot!"
-fuck your troops and fuck their war-
P.S.- actions like this actually do prevent the specific building from doing recruitment work, do you think they are having people in that building with broken glass everywhere?
next time smash up their computers, vehicles and other less replaceable goods!
Cowards
Freedom itself was attacked by a faceless coward, and freedom will be defended
Military=Freedom
How recruiting a professional killing organization and invading other nations while killing millions of other people (often civilians) constitutes freedom is beyond me.
Awesome!
Awesome!
way to go-
We need more actions like this! We need to show the military machine and those helping to run it that making a business out of murder and exploitation will not go without resistance!
FREEDOM BEFORE PEACE!

Well coordinated assault
This appears to be a brave, well coordinated act of destructive violence executed by a unit with an intended outcome. If you enjoy this sort of activity, there are organizations that will pay you to conduct acts of violence and destruction. These organizations will even train you in more effective tactics and give you the best equipment to carryout your mission. If you are interested in joining one of these organizations, contact your local military recruiter. Semper Fidelis. In God We Trust.
