Peruvian Consulate Visited and Redecorated

In the early hours of Monday, June 15, masked marauders redecorated the doors and facade of the Peruvian Consulate in Denver, labeling them as the murderers they are. The spray painted messages called for the liberation of the Amazon, and the end to the destruction of the rainforests and the murder of indigenous peoples fighting for their land.

This act was done in solidarity with the 85 indigenous people in Peru murdered by their government while trying to protect their land. This was a very small act in comparison to the blockades in Peru, but it will not be the last action in solidarity with people struggling for their land and freedom. Free Amazonia! These murders will not go unavenged!
