Amnesty International volunteer Jade Dance, right, stands Aug. 24 in Cuernavaca Park by a replica of the prisoner cells used by the U.S. at the detention center in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
"If you are six feet or taller you can't actually lay down full length on the bunk," Dance said.
The replica was created from specifications obtained from the government and various observers and observes who have visited the detention center.
"This is not right," she said about the cells. "If someone is being held under rule of law, they need to be treated under rule of law. This isn't some distant scary country far away where people don't like us. We are doing this."

Guys, this is the great fizzle of 2008. I work downtown and expected a show. There is nothing going on. Therefore, the other protesters need to just stay home.
In fact, it is so lame that the roads on the protest routes have reopened.

"Therefore, the other protesters need to just stay home."
That's dumb. Sunday was a big day and the protest got people talking. Today was a march for a more marginal issue ("political prisoners") so it was a bit more quiet.
